All express orders are processed within 48 - 96H during business days (excluding weekends and holidays), in order to processed your order in time you must place it before 12:00am.

Deliveries are made from 9:00am to 12:00am and 14:00pm to 18:00pm only during working days. We will contact you via text message or via email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1-2 working days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and returns.
We don’t accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and the company will refund the full amount of the order minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We deal with these cases on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
In addition, we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our fault
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the item has arrived to the buyer exclusively on European soil.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same item, please email the supplier.
To return your product, contact the company who will give you the correct address to send it to.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
