Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In addition, we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our fault

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the item has arrived to the buyer exclusively on European soil.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.
Then contact your bank. Often there is some processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same item, please email the supplier.


Shipping

To return your product, contact the company who will give you the correct address to send it to.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
