The special features of our sauces and pâtés are the first choice meats and the traditional recipes. The sauces, for example, are prepared with a cooking juices of freshly chopped vegetables - onion, celery, carrot, etc. -. When the vegetables are well wilted, the meat is added for initial cooking. The minced meat is then cooked very slowly with the addition of wine, tomatoes from our garden and other ingredients. The long cooking time and the consistency of the sauce are the best guarantee for a strong but balanced flavour and an absolutely home-made quality.
Instructions for use:
Pour all the contents of the jar into a saucepan, adding water or better still broth obtained by adding 1/2 vegetable stock cube.
Toast some bread, about 80/100 grams, and add it to the soup. Boil everything for about 8 minutes or at least until the bread is crumbly. Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil. 1 portion.
Do all of the above and allow the soup to cool and then serve at room temperature.
If you wish, you can add finely chopped fresh spring onions to the top of the dish. 2 servings.
Simply heat the soup to boiling point and serve hot. 1 portion.
